• Distance: Your location relative to our warehouse.

• Service Level: The type of delivery service selected (Drop off, removal, installation).

• Order Size: The number of appliances.

Our Basic Delivery Rate Includes start at $50

• Delivery of up to 2 appliances.

• To the main floor of your residence.

• Within a 50 km from our location.

Returns & Shipping Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policies below:

• Returns & Exchanges: We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. All approved returns will receive a store credit.

• Final Sale: All sales are considered final once a return is processed or after the 10-day period.

• Shipping: Buyers are responsible for their orders during transit. Please inspect your shipment immediately and file any claims for damage directly with the shipping carrier.
